1. Accounts and Authentication

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service.
• We use passwordless authentication. You are responsible for securing access to the email account you use to receive our “Magic Links.” Any action taken using your authenticated session is your responsibility.

2. Payments and Beta Access

• One-Time Payment: CentralizeApp currently offers access via a one-time payment. This grants you access to the current features of the Service.
• Future Subscriptions: As the Service evolves out of its beta/testing phase, we reserve the right to introduce subscription plans for new features or usage limits. Your one-time payment guarantees access to the features available at the time of your purchase.
• Payment Processor: All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• Refunds: We offer a 14-day refund policy.

3. User-Generated Content and Files

• Your Ownership:You retain all ownership rights to the files, notes, documents, and AI prompts you upload or create on CentralizeApp (“User Content”).
• Our License: By uploading User Content, you grant us a license to host, store, and process this data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you (including sending it to third-party AI models on your behalf).
• Prohibited Content: You agree NOT to upload files or prompts that:
  • Contain illegal material, child exploitation, or highly sensitive personal data (e.g., government IDs, medical records).
  • Infringe on the copyrights or intellectual property of others.
  • Contain malware or viruses.

4. AI Output Disclaimer

CentralizeApp helps route your tasks to various third-party AI models. You understand that AI-generated output may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or offensive. We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of any output generated by the AI models accessed through our Service. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying AI outputs before using them.

5. Intellectual Property

The CentralizeApp platform, design, logic, and code are the exclusive property of CentralizeApp. You may not copy or reverse-engineer the platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CentralizeApp shall not be liable for any indirect damages, loss of profits, data loss (including the loss of your uploaded files), or business interruptions arising from your use of the Service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms (e.g., uploading malicious files or abusing the AI models).

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
