  • Account Information: When you sign up using our passwordless login (Magic Links), we collect your email address.
  • User Content: We collect and store the files, notes, documents, and AI prompts that you upload, create, or process through our Service.
  • Payment Information: We use Stripe to process payments. We do not collect or store your full credit card number. Stripe securely handles your payment data.
  • Usage Data & Cookies: We collect data about how you interact with our Service (e.g., IP address, browser type) using cookies to keep you logged in and improve the Service.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

  • Provide, host, and maintain the functionality of CentralizeApp.
  • Route your prompts and data to the appropriate AI models as requested by you.
  • Process your one-time payment.
  • Send you login links, technical notices, and support messages.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal data. We share your information with third-party service providers strictly to operate our Service:

  • Supabase: Used for secure database storage and user authentication (Magic Links).
  • Stripe: Used for secure payment processing.
  • AI Model Providers: To provide the Service, your prompts and uploaded context may be sent to third-party AI models (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) via their APIs. We do not use your personal data to train our own models.

4. Global Privacy Rights

We afford all our worldwide users the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your account and associated files/content.
